Are returns still accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging. As we are soon closing our workshop permanently, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service before sending any return, so we can guide you through the process step by step.

Will you restock after the sale?

No, this is our final clearance sale. After 37 years of passion for stained glass, Pierre will permanently close his workshop in 2026. Once stock is sold out, each piece will become a unique and unobtainable creation.

Can I still track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress (please also check your spam folder).
